Spirit’s core operating hours are from 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday. To schedule a visit ahead of time or outside of these hours, please make arrangements with your Spirit host.

Guests and customers should enter the facility using the front lobby entrance. Visitors must sign in upon arrival and provide a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport acceptable).

Our electronic sign-in allows us to pre-register visitors, and you may receive an email invite ahead of your visit with our guest questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire before arrival to expedite your sign-in.

Visitors will be issued badges at the reception desk and must wear them with visibility throughout their visit. Badges will be collected upon leaving the facility.

Spirit business requires us to comply with ITAR best practices as well as physical access restrictions and cybersecurity measures. Internal and side facility doors have restricted access, and your Spirit host may communicate additional confidentiality or access restrictions while you are on site. Please use caution and remain compliant with visiting policies. If you have any questions about pre-registration, facility access, or data security, we are happy to provide additional info.

If you are a non-US Citizen visitor, please be sure to inform your Spirit Electronics host prior to the visit so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
